The BACSCAN®F-50 breathalyzer has a built-in airflow sensor, a system that protects the measuring cell from damage due to improper testing, a counter for the number of measurements taken, and a calibration reminder function. The results of the last 10 measurements are automatically stored in the device's memory.,To minimize measurement error and maximize the life of the sensor, the analyzer is equipped with a temperature control module.
